Background

Indonesia has thousands of islands, tribes, languages, cultures and social structures. One of them is Madiun Residency. It is located in the province of East Java. In the history of Indonesia, Madiun Residency is part of Mancanegara Mataram. In the east, we can find: Ponorogo, Kediri, Madiun, Pacitan, Saradan, Caruban, Pace, Kersan, Sarengat and Blitar, Jipang, Grobogan, Warung, Sela, Blora, Rawa (Tulungagung ), Barebeg, Jagaraga, Kalangbret, Japanan, Majakerta, Wirasaba (Majaagung) and Magetan.

The people of Madiun Residency are unique because geographically they are included in East Java Province, while the socio-cultural structure of the community tends to Central Java, especially Yogyakarta. This program offers foreign students to know all of the community aspects owned by Madiun residency community. Foreign students are invited to live with residents of origin in order to know more about what is owned by the public in Madiun Residency. Furthermore, Foreign Students are expected to be able to apply or share knowledge that has been owned by the people of Madiun Residency.

The fields offered during the program are education, health, social, economics, technology and culture.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate students
  • GPA: minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 or equal
  • English proficiency score*

TOEFL IBT  : min 70

TOEFL ITP  : min 500

IELTS         : min 5.0

*) Students who are from the institution whose English is the medium instruction are not required to submit the above English requirements.

 

Application Process

1. Send the following required document

  1. A recommendation letter from home university
  2. A letter of consent from your parent or guardian
  3. A certified copy of CGPA (Academic Transcript)
  4. A copy of passport
  5. A copy of TOEFL/IELTS/any other English proficiency
  6. The required documents are to be emailed to: bkh@unipma.co.id
    With email subject “(your name)_SUPARMAN (year)_WERDINI”
